Makes me wonder what flavor that lip balm is! I don’t dress my dog up, but she does get treated as well, if not better, than humans. During warm months I put sheets in the freezer to keep her bed cool. She also has two fans, her own pillow with a matching step-up (for the sofa) and eats organic food….even when I gnosh on Cheerios. 😉

Fun post. Best of luck with your cozy!

Sheets in the freezer? lol, I wouldn’t have thought of that. I’d say that qualifies her as a high maintenance pooch! Thanks for stopping by 🙂

Wow Shannon, you’ve been blogging for a while. Look at the archives. Congrats!

Cute pooch. I’ve always been afraid of big dogs. I had one turn on me once.

Best wishes with your new book Shannon!

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience…usually the way it was raised, not the dog. I’m actually more afraid of the little ones. 🙂

Very cute. I no longer have any pets to spoil. When my cat passed away a few months ago we chose not to replace the hole she left since my daughter is asthmatic. So no puppies or kitties for us. 🙁

I assume the dog has her own chapstick. thanks for the chuckle. I have two fur babies (see louisebehiel.com for pics) and my boy loves to dance with me, up on his hind legs. Now if I could only train my little girl to stop barking and jumping.

but although they’re spoiled, they don’t have cool sheets or their own fans. does sleeping in my bed with me count as spoiling?

Is that your dog? I certainly hope it is her very own Chapstick. It would never have occurred to me to put Chapstick on a dog’s lips. Makes sense, but that light bulb would have never gone off. Of course my dog is spoiled. Isn’t that the point of having one?

Not mine, no. Though I do have a rescued mastiff mix and am trying to talk my hubby into an american mastiff. And yes, I think spoiling them is exactly the point!
